The Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 head bibb lettuce
2 celery stalks, diced small
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup mozzarella
The Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss the chicken with the buffalo sauce. Make 8 lettuce wraps using 2 leaves per cup and fill them with the chicken, celery, shredded carrot, and shredded mozzarella. YUM!
