Serves One
The Ingredients
2 handfuls spinach
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 serving of protein powder (I love Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides)
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
4-6 oz unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tbsp cacao nibs, optional
The Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender (frozen banana at the bottom) & blend! Enjoy this decadent + healthy smoothie!
