I'm sharing a nourishing smoothie recipe that contains plenty of ingredients that may help balance hormones, mood, and skin.

Serves 1
The Ingredients:
1.5 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 medjool dates
1 scoop of protein powder
The Instructions:
Simply blend all the ingredients together, then pour, sip + enjoy!
