Serves Two
The Ingredients
8 oz brussel sprouts
1 tbsp EVOO
Garlic salt + pepper, to taste
The Instructions
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Trim and cut the brussel sprouts into half or quarters depending on their size.
Place brussel sprouts on a sheet pan. Drizzle with EVOO. Top with garlic salt + pepper, to taste.
Roast for 10 minutes and enjoy!
