Serves Two
The Ingredients
2 medium-large organic sweet potatoes
avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil (about 1.5 tbsp)
maldon sea salt flakes or pink salt, to taste
The Instructions
Preheat oven to 425º.
Wash, peal, and slice sweet potatoes.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread sweet potatoes on pan (not too crowded). Drizzle with avocado oil, and just a lil bit of salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip, and bake for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt. Eat up!
