Example of sequence:
6 inchworms.
6 inchworms, 6 pushups.
6 inchworms, 6 pushups, 6 squat jumps.
6 inchworms, 6 pushups, 6 squat jumps, 6 plank jacks.
6 inchworms, 6 pushups, 6 squat jumps, 6 plank jacks, 6 leg raises.
**Keep building like this until you get to the end of the circuit.

Burpees (no pushup)
